    Positive They charged me 1000 Thai bath , and they didn’t return it to me when I was checking out . The receptionist said you have to wait until late evening when the manager comes or the following day I was so confused, I had the receipt with me and she said it’s not her problem since she was not working that day

    Positive When I wanted to book a room at 9pm, the receptionist told me there were no rooms available. But I booked on booking.com and they reluctantly let me book a room. The room was spacious, good location with a small balcony, but the road was busy so there was the sound of passing cars, and the soundproofing was bad.
