Positive Great location - just 10 minutes to the Karon beach, have everything (7-11 stores, restaurants, fruit stalls and so on). Rooms are spacious, also there is a good equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms layout is great for families. Property manager (Ati) was very helpful.

Positive The location was nice, its around Kata-Karon beach area. Easy to going to other places. Especially if you were a kind of family/friends group. It's worth. Also nearby the 7/11, restaurants, convenience store etc.
