    Positive I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. There wasn’t a single polite or helpful person at the reception to speak with. The room I was given was shown much larger on Booking.com, but in reality it was very small. On top of that, the toilet inside the room was dirty, and the bathroom lock didn’t work properly. There were no basic amenities
