Positive My chain lock was broken at check in. I let the person know. At first they sent someone who walked in on me trying to find a towel to cover up (another good reason to need the chain lock). I still asked them to still come in and fix it. They never came back. I messaged again the following day. They said they would contact the staff. Even the day before check
