Positive The place needs a huge remodeling. Rooms look old with rusty chairs and bathrooms in bad shape and A/C that barely functions.

Positive Location is really good, close to a huge tranquil beach. Room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. We booked a room without breakfast and nearby the hotel there are a couple of very nice cafe (Memories, Salt Surf) with great food options.
