    Positive I booked this room for 37 nights and I had a great time in Tim & Pat's place. The owners are great, very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. They were very responsive even before I checked in. I asked for early check-in and they were very accomodative.     Positive Comfortable and cozy place. Wifi is good. Has AC and a full equipped kitchen which is a plus. Host is very helpful and responsive. 7 min walk from bus terminal. It's far from center but I wanted to stay one night only in Phuket so being close to terminal was a plus.

    Positive Room is clean. Bed is comfy. We drive so location is not bad. 7-11 round corners. The house itself is very pretty and well look after.
