Positive Nice position in the old town (away from the party areas), close to nice restaurants and quiet enough. Big room with a nice balcony with clothes hangers, which was handy. Coffee and biscuits are offered in the morning; no actual breakfast. 2 bottles of water are provided per room every day, which is a nice touch. Overall a good value

Positive I loved my stay here: the staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, both the WiFi and AC worked well, and the location couldn’t be better (just a 5-minute walk to Phuket Old Town and right next to the bus terminal). Positive Truly we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. We arrived from airport by bus to old town bus terminal the hotel was just behind which was very convenient and just a few minutes walking distance. Room was very clean and tidy. Front desk lady is such a sweet and lovely lady. She even helped me get some accessories for my smartphone while i was facing some issues.
