Positive We liked the spacious apartment, that each bedroom has its own bath room, the nice swimming pool and area and the wonderful service of new towels, water, coffee etc each day and the drop off service during the day at the local Nana station. The staff is wonderful and was always there for our questions.

Positive All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hazel and other head staff always made sure we were comfortable.

Positive Pool was great. Nice staff and was friendly and did their best. Shuttle bus helpful at times. Large apartment style room. But too many issues to recommend.
