Positive Location is walking distance to Surin Beach - there is an odd ban on beach chairs at the moment. A short distance from Bang Tao beach too. Near restaurants etc (especially Audy's which has the best garlic pepper chicken). Breakfast included by the pool. Next door to the Twin Palms which has a gym with daily/weekly membership.
