Positive The staff were exceptional and the common areas always clean. The hotel itself is tucked away on a side street and yet right around the corner from a massive mall. I found it to be very convenient.

Positive It's a very clean little guesthouse and the staff are helpful. Location is great. You can pay by credit card, which is helpful. It's budget, so rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and quiet for sleeping. They let me check in a little early and check out late, which was amazing.
