Positive Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location on the seafront is good with a choice of shops and restaurants very close at hand. As my other Pattaya hotel was fully booked for New Year, I was glad to glad a room here (even at a slightly inflated price). Stayed four nights and felt comfortable.
