Positive This hotel is a SCAM!!! We waited 5 hours and we didn't get the room in the hotel. We were not alone, and also around 6 other guests faced the same SCAM!!! Today we will send complain to Booking.com for a full refund! Once again: This hotel is a SCAM!!! A pure SCAM!!!
