    Positive The staff were professional, friendly. I stayed at this hotel from February 27, 2026 through March 13th, 2026, the hight of the unrest in the middle east. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They helped us to contact the local travel agencies and USA consulate.

    Positive When I reached there on 28 Feb when flights were cancelled. Hotel manager was not professional and not welcoming . I confirmed the price which I booked from booking.com and he said people are ready to pay because of crises situation . He looks very greedy not realizing that guests are coming from the airport very frustrated.next morning I ordered breakfast .
