    Positive The worst decision I’ve ever made was booking this property. Upon arrival, the reception staff humiliated me and my family by claiming we had no booking and told us to coordinate with the agent. The agent was completely uncooperative, provided the wrong location, and failed to coordinate with the building security. We were left waiting for more than 2 hours
