Positive This was my second stay at the hotel and once again it was amazing. The service is consistently excellent. Azmi at the front office was very professional and helpful, and the Sri Lankan bellboy is always very welcoming and attentive. Their hospitality truly makes a difference. The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and location are great.
