    Positive We were greeted by cheerful and kind staff. We were giving a room upgrade free of charge. Bed was very comfortable. Our young children shared the sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable but they slept through. Breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. Omlette station was delicious. Joined onto the mall for convenience.
