    Positive The staff were not highly competent and were unable to resolve issues. The swimming pool lifeguard was bullying the children and shouting at them. The buffet was of very poor quality.

    Positive There is nothing to like about this hotel Bad service and very late ordering I waited 2 and a half hours in the lobby to get my room I went to the lobby 6 times to get a baby bed because the phone in the room was broken and no one came to fix it One star is too much for this hotel and this management
