Positive Excellent location, quiet but very near the city centre. The apartment was comfortable, and many things like kitchen utensils, some books, tourist brochures etc. were available. Tea and coffee was included (though no milk). The TV had Netflix, which was a nice addition.

Positive The flat is very central, and easy to find. The flat is very spacious, bright and comfortable. It was so easy to contact the owner via >bookings.com< and Kym was so obliging and cheerful, will recommend to any one wanting a place that is easy access to the Lake District and the Scottish Borders.
