    Positive Very clean with all you need. The house is very well located house between 'down the hill' (historical, old buildings from the University) and 'up the hill' (more recent research centres from the University) regions of Oxford.

    Positive A short into Oxford City Centre across the Magdalen bridge. Several parks within 3 - 10 minutes walk. Excellent restaurants within 15 minute walk. Very comfortable, a more than ample workspace, well equipped kitchen.

    Positive Location is perfect, close to University 'down' and 'up the hill', very convenient for those visiting Oxford University. Comfortable house with all the necessary to cook.
