Positive I appreciate the proximity to Heathrow terminals as well as disability accessibility. Mostly pleased by the personal care received upon arrival. This stay was pleasurable, clean, secure, and comfortable. Private bathroom with a shower. The shared kitchen has a microwave. There is a convenience shop just a few doors down.

Positive Sasha Dhaliwal is very kind and accommodating. I was there because my flight to Heathrow was delayed and I missed my connecting flight. I had to get up early to make it back to the airport. Mr. Dhaliwal called a taxi for me and sat chatting while I waited.
