    Positive The room was large and bed comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was 15 pounds, but made to order (you had to decide the night before). It was made with fresh and local ingredients. There was a bar where you helped yourself and paid upon leaving. The property is 10 mins. walk from the town center and also from the Cathedral and college.

    Positive The room met all my needs. Adequately sized for a single bedroom. Excellent, clean, watertight, and powerful shower. Amber, mandarin and sandlewood toiletries. Clean white linens and towels. Wall mounted television. Picture on wall of an interesting historic view of Guildford. Friendly receptionists.
