Positive A fantastic location and grounds/garden. Loads of outdoor seating. Perfect space inside, cosy bedrooms, lounges, and kitchen. There were 12 of us, and we all had a great and relaxing time. Any questions were quickly answered online by Rachel. A great service from booking to checkout. Frinton and Walton were great places to visit, too.

Positive The house is so much more beautiful in real life. It has a gorgeous garden and is set away from the road, with walks to the coast setting off from the garden. Everything was comfortable and well equipped. Really great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again!
