Positive All good. WC and shower are together so for 3 rooms without wc , it’s a bit tight, other room has wc but no shower. It’s not modern but it is spotless and has everything one needs. Good value . Parking at door. Yes really perfect for us, thank you.

Positive Its a beautiful Victorian House close to the centre of Exeter. All the home conveniences and more. Very comfortable and great view over the tree lined square. Perfect base for exploring.

Positive The property was very spacious. It had a lovely back garden, but the weather was a little cold to take advantage of it. Would be happy to stay there again.
