Positive 1. Great value compared to other offerings 2. Great location, 3 mins walking to Kingston station passing Kingston Food Centre (nice baked goods). Parkhurst car rental is 3 mins walking distance too. 3. Temperature settings for space and water is great. 4. Washing machine was much appreciated as we stayed 7 nights. 5. Kettle, microwave, iron.
