Positive The fella that runs it,is a character with a heavy Liverpool accent. Went beyond with his tips on Llandudno. The room was spotless,and I mean spotless! Had a window to open for fresh air,a hair dryer, fan and plenty of coffee n tea. I been coming to Llandudno the past 3 years and this is by far my favorite place I've stayed.

Positive Howard the owner, was extremely helpful.lots of knowledge re local attractions etc (and he has a brilliant sense of humour). Breakfast was excellent, a wide choice was offered, and very professionally presented. Location brilliant, 20 mins walk to town, beach and promenade across the road.
