Positive great communication,fast and efficient. the chalet is very welcoming ,for us and our dog, comfortable,everything you need for a pleasant stay, spotlessly clean and tidy. location on site is easy to find with plenty of parking close by.clean quiet site but with take aways and a couple of bars nearby.

Positive The chalet is on a nice quiet site and close to the beach. Fish and chips just up the road which were excellent. Our hosts were fantastic. Got there Saturday to find we didn't have any hot water. But phoned the hosts and they came and fixed it.

Positive Everything we needed as a base for a short break to be able to explore the local area. Very clean and tidy. Was definitely an added bonus that bedding was included and the cleaning products that are left in the chalet are also helpful.
