Positive This is just a proper home from home. It's clean, spacious and right in the heart of Birmingham. I loved the kitchen so you are able to make hot drinks and food. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the shower nice and hot always. As for the staff they could not have been more helpful. A big shout-out goes to Rosina, she showed me round the fire station I w

Positive Clean room, new bedding, generous selection of new utensils provided, facilities open 24hrs, super friendly staff, loved the ability to accommodate my diet and cook healthy foods in the communal kitchen. Tesco is opposite and 2 restaurants that are open very late into the night are located downstairs. Excellent connection to the rest of the city by bus. oh a
