Positive Wonderfully clean. Equipped with ref, microwave, ,beverages, tv, towels, etc. nicely decorated...like new. 5 min walk to train

Positive Beautiful spacious room with private bathroom. Big king size bed, fridge, bread, tea and coffee and toaster provided with butter was appreciated over breakfast. Took my dog and it was no extra charge which was amazing.

Positive It was a great location for having left Edinburgh and wanting to get out of the expense of the city and also made it closer to our next stop on Loch Lomond. Ian was very helpful when we needed to call him about things. We had ear plugs but found during the night the location was pretty quiet.
