    Positive The property was kept exceptionally clean, neat and tidy, and the owner was very flexible and accommodating. It is very close to the train station, and has free street parking. A great place to stay for a group of people.

    Positive We’ve traveled from Essex for a event and this property was perfect for our needs. Spacious rooms with plenty beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need even though we didn’t use it. Host was great as well. I definitely recommend for big families or contractors travelling for work. Will definitely book again when we come to Derby .
