    Positive Good location with free parking for 2 cars. Easy 25 min walk to the city centre and also on several bus routes and there are two local supermarkets within easy reach. The property was well-equipped for small children - stairgates, high chair and travel cot provided. The hot tub was as enjoyable addition. Martyn, the owner, was very helpful.

    Positive A tastefully decorated and furnished property which was very well equipped and an easy walking distance into York (about 20 mins). The jacuzzi was a really lovely treat which we enjoyed after our days out. Martyn and Victoria were very quick to respond to queries both before and after booking and checked with us after our arrival that everything was in order

    Positive Absolutely lovely house. Looks far better in person than in the pictures! Nice and cosy, lots of space and soft carpets, quick washing machine - and fast drying clothes with ample radiators and an easy accessible clothes horse. Fantastic size. Walking distance to town centre. Amazon Prime on the tv had only action movies which was awesome. I watched some Jam
