Positive This is our second time at this hotel. The location is brilliant as it is within walking distance of the tube station and near to great bars and restaurants. The room is excellent - We love the layout and the tech. Staff are helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and with the blackout curtains and no noise, we had a great nights sleep. Positive I came down with a cold upon arriving in London and ended up in bed for the duration of my stay. Luckily, citizenM was maybe the most comfortable place I could have been while sick. The rooms have amazing lighting that you can adjust via iPad, the shower is incredibly serene, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The
