    Positive Everything works and all electrics controlled by one set of switches to turn on and off. And in the evening very quiet so got a great night of sleep after a long day attending a conference. And very spacious. The flat is very secure with a Paxton camera system and around 8 minute drive in peak traffic to a car park near all the shops. Very good value for the
