    Positive private room on first floor; owners sleep on the second floor so very private; friendly hosts who go to bed early so you can use the sitting room just opposite the rental room & the kitchen close by, both on the first floor without disturbing them; TV in both the private room & the sitting room. Bus # 31 to Edinburg is very close by—-An excellent choice

    Positive We had a great stay for a short break to see Edinburgh. Good location, easy bus ride of about 20 to 25 minutes into the centre depending on time of day. Comfortable, clean ensuite bedroom and use of kitchen facilities. Very good value, Serena and John were friendly hosts, giving good advice on travel options and a great supply of guide books.
