Positive Staff were very helpful about parking and late check-out as we were there for a funeral. Upgraded to a club balcony room with lovely view over river though sadly didn't use it as January. Excellent shower & toiletries. Nice to have some drawers instead of just shelves. Lighting quite good for a modern room. Dressing gown & slippers welcome. Air conditioning
