Positive Gorgeous looking art deco hotel, friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast and very nice set menu choices, clean and tidy bedroom, great location on the cliffs overlooking the sea.

Positive The location!! Perfect ! Couldn't get better! Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The view from the room was perfect The room was a good size There was a bath in the bathroom (not just a shower) Toiletries smelt lovely! Staff were very friendly

Positive The location of the hotell over looking the sea and still close to the city centre. Lovely coast walk along hill top both ways either to Southbourne or Sandbanks. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
