Positive The location and facilities were incredible, felt very safe and secure as we were a group of 4 females. Parking was easy in the street, Tesco a 5 min drive away. 10/10.

Positive Very well situated for exploring Preston and surrounding area. Facilities within the property were excellent- fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility area. Plenty of space , bedding spotless and beds very comfortable. Excellent communication with host who was next door if there were any questions. Off road parking available. Highly recommended.
