    Positive Beautiful property. Lots of space and great facilities - perfect for a family birthday weekend away. There were 8 of us and we all had very comfy rooms with 3 en-suite. Lots of place to sit and relax and great cooking facilities. Lovely hot tub to relax in. A short drive to Canterbury so very accessible if you arrive by train and we had a great day exploring
