Positive Location was superb with Manchester Piccadilly train and tram station just across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel team was helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast was nice with good selections.

Positive The clean warm bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. Heating was controlled in the room. The shower was good and clean. The towels were soft and absorbent. Restaurant provided a good breakfast but at £17 it was expensive but had good variety. The staff in the restaurant were good.
