    Positive è un appartamento grande e relativamente nuovo, in zona tranquilla e servita da 3 autobus con fermata sotto casa; il "centro" di Londra si raggiunge in 30/40 minuti con la combinazione di vari mezzi (bus/metro/dlr) La cucina anche se piccola è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e utile se si vuole cucinare alcuni pasti in casa.
