    Positive Great quiet location and the manager Abi was a pleasure to spend time with. Christina was excellent to deal with and the home cooked food was first class

    Positive The room exceeded my expectations. Very clean and smartly decorated. Large and very clean bathroom. There was a microwave on the landing to heat up my dinner (which was unexpected). Plenty of free parking. It's out on a limb, but only a short drive from Guisborough, which has all you need.
