Positive I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and helpful. They even helped me carry my big suitcase up to the second floor, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location close to the tube station. Overall, I had a very good stay and would happily recommend it.
