    Positive The staff, unfortunately they are understaffed but they are lovely, don’t feel afraid to go to reception and ask for extras you paid for if they haven’t arrived from housekeeping etc. it gets really busy but they will get back to you. The spa was great the massage was great. The steam room was great. The food was good however I would much prefer a larger sta
