Positive The owner responded to my requests within a timely manner. I had an issue and he actually came out to me to help within 5 minutes. Really friendly guy!! The house had all we needed, 2 minutes from maccies for the teenager, 2 minutes from tesco and morrions for me. The house was clean and warm.
