Positive Lovely kind staff. Felt welcome from the first minute we entered. Professional. Able to accommodate a family of 4 needing minimum 3 beds, and a dog. Room was clean, lovely toilet shower, 2 terraces, view of the sea amazing, free parking onsite, next to the lift for the beach and 5 mins walk to Shanklin Chine. Cooked breakfast very good. Made our stay special
