    Positive It's a no-frills hotel, but the sheets and towels were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot, and that's all I really care about. Plus, the location is great, close to all the action in the city centre, in the same vicinity as hotels 2 or 3 times the price. I would have no hesitation in going back there next time I'm in Liverpool.

    Positive I only stayed for one night but I found it great....the location was perfect and the room almost had everything I needed.... which leads me to the highlight of my stay, which was a staff member who is a big Everton fan, having to help get a remote control for me (a big Liverpool fan) for the TV in my room 😁 Overall very good, and very helpful staff, and tha
