Positive Excelente service. Every request was solved immediately and the staff is very friendly. We even forgot the adapters to UK but they were kind enough to lend us a pair. Breakfast is beyond any expectation, don’t hesitate to include it in your booking. Location is perfect, very close to Metro station but it’s also nice to walk around enjoying the views.

Positive The staff was extremely helpful even though I went through some technical problems with my card during the check in. The room was warm and comfortable, and room service was excellent. Excellent deal in terms of price, comfort, and location. Very close to Shepherd's Bush but it is also a beautiful ten minute walk from Holland Park station.
