    Positive see what I didn't like. When I mentioned this to the receptionist and manager, they said they called twice that day and no one answered but the telephone in my room did not ring. Staff said they would send someone to knock on my door on the third day so I wouldn't miss my flight at the Birmingham airport. They also arranged a taxi to take me to the airport.
