    Positive Property was very well equipped, and very clean. It was the little things that made it exceptional - cream tea waiting in the fridge, along with milk (and tea bags / coffee), books on Cornwall and the local village to read, a fan upstairs should it get too warm. Excellent location. Very close to the Eden Project and Carn Grey Rock (walking distance).

Avril the host was great in responding to messages and allowed for a slightly early check in to allow us to arrive at the Eden project for our time slot.
