    Positive The location was great, the house itself is very nice, great facilities. The instructions are clear, and the guide book is very useful.

    Positive My family and I have just completed a weekend stay at this property, location was lovely, 5 minute drive from Filey and with a lovely little pub right next door. Parking for two cars, all the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes etc. We would definitely stay again.

    Positive Good quiet location, layout of the property was very good for a family with the 2 lounges. Welcome pack much appreciated. Parking was no issue for two cars. Very well equipped, had everything you could need. Pub next door was handy, did lovely food and were very welcoming.
