Positive Dog walk straight into country park from the front door. Hot-tub. Games room - so nice to play darts and pool with the kids in the evening instead of them being glued to their phones/tablets. Lots of space in the property, lovely kitchen and dining area. A 30 minute walk to town centre pubs/restaurants.
